Withdraw from your purchase
Changed your mind? Within 14 days of buying SizeLight Pro (or of a yearly renewal), you get a full refund, tax included. In the EU and the UK this is also your legal right of withdrawal.
Withdraw from contract
Tap the button, tell us which purchase it is, then confirm. We confirm that we’ve received your withdrawal by email, and Polar, which took your payment, refunds you within 14 days. Your license key then stops working; the patterns you added stay on your device and keep opening.
Other ways
Any clear message works too: email hello@sizelight.com from the address you used at checkout, or use the model form in the terms of sale. You can also write to Polar at support@polar.sh. For SizeLight Pro bought in the App Store, ask Apple (see the refund policy).
