Refunds for SizeLight Pro

14 days, no questions asked

If you bought SizeLight Pro on sizelight.com, you can have a full refund, tax included, within 14 days of buying, for any reason. You don’t have to tell us why.

The same goes for each yearly renewal: if you meant to cancel and forgot, ask within 14 days of the renewal date.

In the EU and the UK, the first 14 days are also your legal right of withdrawal, and you can use it with our form: withdraw from contract here. See the terms of sale.

How to ask

Email hello@sizelight.com from the address you used at checkout, or tell us the order number from your receipt, or use the withdrawal form. We confirm by email, usually within two working days.

Polar, our reseller and merchant of record, then returns the money to the card or account you paid with. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 working days.

You can also ask Polar, which processed your payment, at support@polar.sh. Polar’s customer portal (the Access purchase link in your receipt) has your receipts and invoices, and is where you cancel a yearly plan. Cancelling there stops the next renewal but doesn’t refund the current year: for that, email us.

After a refund

• Your license key stops working, on every device.
• A yearly plan is cancelled, so it won’t renew.
• The patterns you added stay on your device and keep opening. Adding more than the free one needs SizeLight Pro again.

After 14 days

After 14 days we don’t refund time already paid for, except where the law says we must. One more exception: if SizeLight Pro doesn’t work on your device because of a problem on our side that we can’t fix, we’ll refund you. And if we ever stop offering SizeLight Pro, the terms of sale explain the refunds we give.

Bought in the App Store?

SizeLight Pro bought inside the app on iPhone or iPad is sold by Apple, and only Apple can refund it. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com, or through the App Store’s purchase history.
